Australian basketballer Andrew Bogut (pictured) will be given every chance to take his place in the Boomer team for the Rio Olympics.
Bogut sustained a knee injury in the final stages of the 2016 NBA season that was expected to see him miss the Olympics but Australias hopes of a medal will be significantly reduced if he fails to recover in time.
Australia have named what is considered potentially the best Boomers team of all time and guard Patty Mills says the squad is confident that Bogut is doing all he can to be ready for the Games which begin in August.
