Gold Coast forward Ryan James (pictured) isn’t letting any grass grow under his feet while he prepares for the upcoming NRL season.
James has just completed a business degree at the Griffith Business school and will contemplate a future in teaching when his career is over.
James says the assistance he received from the Gumurrii Student Support Unit was vital and he hopes to see many more First Nations students go on to tertiary studies.
