Kangaroos star Greg Inglis (pictured) says he’s not surprised at just how well Valentine Holmes has adjusted to life as a member of the Australian team.
Holmes was one of a number of players dropped from the Queensland State of Origin squad earlier this year for breaking team rules but has excelled for Cronulla all year and looks right at home in the Green and Gold.
Dhungutti man Inglis, who’s recovered from a head knock received in the defeat of England says he’s thrilled to be playing alongside Holmes and rapidly developing a combination with the young flyer.
