The Canterbury Bulldogs have thrown their support behind embattled coach Des Hasler and will look to extend his contract beyond 2017.
Hasler has been under fire from Bulldogs great Steve Mortimer who late last week offered his resignation from the clubs board after his comments about Haslers future at the club were found to have breached the clubs Board Code of Conduct.
Former international Justin Hodges says while Mortimer may have some genuine concerns, he believes Haslers records speaks for itself.
