Newly minted Hawthorn skipper Jarryd Roughead (pictured) is still pinching himself after being named as Luke Hodges replacement for the 2017 AFL season.
Roughead has played limited games in the last 2 seasons after recurring melanoma threatened to end his footy career.
The big forward says after wondering if he’d ever play again, to be named as Hawks skipper is not something he could ever have predicted.
