AFL premiers have bounced back from last weeks round one loss in the best possible way by handing West Coast a 46 point reminder of last years Grand Final defeat.
The Hawks went into the match minus seven of the 2015 premiership winning side but were simply too good for the Eagles, dominating the match in every area.
Defender Josh Gibson (pictured) was a star for the premiers, picking up 44 touches in a dominant first half display across halfback and booting his first goal for Hawthorn.
