North Queensland coach Paul Green says he’s resigned to the fact that 2018 will be Johnathon Thurstons last in the NRL.
Thurston added a one year contract extension to his Cowboys deal recently after announcing the current season would be his last in a rep jersey.
Green (pictured) says with Thurston pledging to put all his efforts into the clubs 2018 season, it would be a nice way for the champion to end his career.
