Danny Green (pictured) has beaten Kane Watts in a thrilling 10 round bout in Melbourne on Wednesday night.
After the bout, Green immediately began turning up the heat of archrival Anthony Mundine, who was in the crowd for Greens unanimous but hard fought victory over Watts.
The long awaited return bout between Mundine and Green is set for early in the new year and Green was happy to throw down the gauntlet for what is sure to be one of the most anticipated fights in Australian boxing.
