Roosters three quarter Blake Ferguson (pictured) says his selection in Mal Meningas side for the Test against New Zealand in Newcastle next week took him by surprise.
The former Indigenous All Star is one of four players picked to make their debuts for the Kangaroos in the match.
Ferguson says while he’s not exactly in the best form of his career, he’s thrilled to get the opportunity to represent his country at the highest level.
