NIRS footys Chris Johnson believes the 2016 AFL premiership will go to the club that has coped best with the rigours of one of the hardest fought finals series in years.

AFL powerhouses the Sydney Swans, who last won the flag in 2012 go head to head with sentiment favourites the Western Bulldogs who haven’t one a competiton since the 50’s.

Johnson, who’ll be part of NIRS footys grand final coverage on Saturday, says he believes if the Bulldogs can ensure their team have been well rested leading into the decider, that long awaited premiership cup may well be heading to the Whitten Oval.
