Jarryd Hayne has confirmed his signing with the Gold Coast Titans and could play for the club as early as the weekend.
The announcement has taken many fans by surprise as Hayne had promised publically, as he prepared to try his hand in the NFL, that he would only play for Parramatta if he returned to the 13 man code.
Speaking at the press conference to announce the signing, Hayne says he’s disappointed that despite giving them every opportunity and speaking to Eels coach Brad Arthur, the Parramatta club failed to make him an offer.
