Gold Coast Suns coach Rodney Eade has called for strong action to be taken against the spectator accused of racial abuse during the Suns clash with Hawthorn in Launceston on Sunday.

The Suns extended the premiers for the entire game before going down by four goals with Gary Ablett seemingly returning to his best.

When quizzed about the incident after the game, that appeared to be directed at the Suns Aaron Hall, (pictured) Eade called for the league to take swift action against the offender.
