Star recruit Harley Bennell’s (pictured) long awaited debut is finally here after the former Sun was named to take on Geelong on Saturday afternoon.
The Dockers have taken a cautious approach to Bennells return from a calf injury he suffered early in the pre season but feel the time is right for the Noongar man to get his chance.
The Dockers will go into the match without ruckman Aaron Sandilands but coach Ross Lyons is looking forward to pairing back up ruckman Zac Clarke with Bennell in the Freo midfield alongside Hayden Ballantyne.
