The head of the Euahlayi peoples Republic welcomes the resurgence of treaty talks within the national discussion and says as a people, we need to decide if we negotiate a domestic or international treaty.
Ghillar Michael Anderson attended the recent Men speak out for Treaty forum in Sydney recently.
The forum discussed how a settlement between First Nations and the Commonwealth would look and possible pathways to get there.
Mr Anderson (pictured) says deciding on whether a treaty is negotiated domestically or internationally will determine our rights in how a treaty or treaties are actually negotiated.
