The NRL’s best player award has again finished in a tie.
With one round remaining and Storm half Cooper Cronk and Cowboys backrower Jason Taumalolo tied on 25 points, the Dally M award was going to go down to whoever polled the most votes in the final round.
In a strange twist of fate, neither player was awarded even a single vote leaving Rugby Leagues most treasured individual award being jointly awarded to Cronk and Taumalolo (pictured).
