Hawthorn super and Tiwi Islander Cyril Rioli (pictured) has been named in the Northern Territorys AFL Team of the Century alongside father Cyril snr and his uncle, 1982 Norm Smith medallist Maurice Rioli.
The 22 man squad also features Andrew McLeod, who was named as captain and other greats of the game like Michael Long, Gilbert McAdam and Darryl White.
With his side in lock down as the Hawks prepare for the AFL finals series to begin, Rioli was unable to attend the ceremony at which the team was named but he sent a message of thanks to family and friends for their support and assistance over his career so far.
