The Adelaide Crows will take on Brisbane in the inaugural AFL Women Grand Final after running down Collingwood to win by 24 points on Sunday afternoon.
Four goals from Sarah Perkins and three from former basketball star Erin Phillips were the difference in the end with two of Phillips goals coming in the final quarter when the game was there for the taking.
An exhilarated Perkins (pictured) struggled for words after the victory as she started to come to terms with the fact that she and her teammates will be playing in the Grand Final in less than a weeks time.
