Johnathon Thurston’s North Queensland Cowboys travelled to Cairns on Sunday and left victorious after a 20 – 0 victory over South Sydney.
The match played at Barlow Park was a home game for the Rabbitohs but the Souths side were never in the hunt as Thurston (pictured) warmed up for next weeks Origin Game Three with a devastating display.
Thurston says he was thrilled to be able to put on such a display in front of the clubs loyal supporters that come from far and wide to support the premiers.
