After 14 highly successful years, Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy (pictured) has been left with no option but to come to terms with the fact that Cooper Cronk will not be with the club in 2018.
The Kangaroos and Queensland half, two time Dally M winner, Clive Churchill medallist and 2016 Golden Boot winner has announced that he will leave the club at the end of the current season to move to Sydney for personal reasons.
The realization that he’ll be without one of the greatest players of all time next year is a difficult one for the coach to come to terms with but he says, after such a contribution to the Storm both on an off the field, the club will wish Cronk all the best for the future, whatever that may be.
