Fremantle star Hayden Ballantyne says he hasn’t asked the Dockers for a trade, despite the rumours sweeping the AFL that he’d asked to be traded to cross town rivals West Coast.
Ballantyne is contracted to the Dockers until the end of the 2017 season but is believed to have been spooked by the talk of a rebuild at Fremantle.
With that thought in the back of his mind, there’s no doubt Ballantyne is considering his future and he says the success achieved by Eddie Betts since he relocated to the Crows has certainly been a factor as he considers his future plans.
