Newcastle Knights star three quarter Dane Gagai (pictured) says he can’t wait to welcome family and friends to Newcastle when the Annual Indigenous All Stars week moves to the Hunter in 2017.
The NRL announced the move of the popular pre – season event this week, saying it was time for the week to be enjoyed by the people of the Hunter region and beyond.
Gagai first came into consideration for higher representative honours after strong displays for the First Nations side and says it’s a wonderful opportunity for Austalians to come together to celebrate Indigenous culture.
