The Greens spokesperson for Indigenous Affairs says a report stemming from an inquiry into the Indigenous Advancement Strategy reveals the disastrous impact the funding scheme has had on First Nations services.
Rachel Siewert drove the inquiry leading to the report and says many who participated in the inquiry, described the new funding process as a dysfunctional chaotic approach.
She says many people were in the dark around how to work with the process.
