An international conference called A World of Rural Health will be held in Cairns in April 2017.
The launch of the conference was announced by the National Rural Health Alliance and will feature discussions on all aspects of rural and remote health.
CEO of the National Rural Health Alliance Gordon Gregory told CAAMA radio the health of First Nation’s people in remote communities will be one of the top priorities of the conference.
