A Gamilaraay man at the centre of an ongoing rally against a major coal seam gas operation in New South Wales says new anti-protest laws is motivated by mining profits.
The NSW Government is expected to table a bill in parliament this week, aimed at stopping protesters locking onto equipment as a method of protest.
Gamilaraay man Paul Spearim says locking on is effective in slowing production on a controversial project and the government cares more for mining profits than environmental impacts.
