The National Native Title Council says Traditional Owners have been left in the dark following an unexpected cabinet reshuffle in Western Australia.
A re-shuffle of WA’s cabinet was announced on Friday with Stephen Dawson losing the Aboriginal affairs portfolio and will be replaced by Tony Buti.
The move came just days after the Government pushed through controversial changes to the state’s Aboriginal Heritage act.
Chair on the National Native Title Council, Kado Muir says it highlights the uncertainty when dealing with Government.
