AFL premiers Hawthorn are in camp on the sunshine coast in Queensland.
The club use the ten day stay at Mooloolaba to help new acclimatise to the Hawks systems and bond with their new teammates.
After three straight premierships, Hawks forward Jack Gunston says he need only look at the quality of players around him, like superstar Cyril Rioli (pictured), to find the motivation to continue to improve his game.
