AFL – Adelaide Crows recruit Curtly Hampton (pictured)  has been left in no doubt about the clubs reputation as one of the competitions hardest trainers after his first pre – season with the Crows.

Hampton joined the Crows during the 2015 trade period after four seasons with GWS during which he racked up 51 games at the highest level.

He struggled with a groin injury in his final months at GWS but the Crows have managed the injury well and he believes he’s ready for a big year.
