Traditional Owners in Central Australia are voicing strong concerns over their country being one of six locations nominated across Australia to house a nuclear waste facility.

Residents of an outstation in the Oak Valley say they’re worried about the viability of their community which neighbours Titjikala, where the Federal Government is proposing to dump nuclear waste.

TO Dennis Kenny told CAAMA the proposal causes him to concern for the young ones who come to live on country with their elders for long periods of time.
