On Saturday, the Federal Government publicly released the advisory group’s report detailing possible solutions for a voice through national and regional representation.
The proposals can be found on the National Indigenous Australian’s Agency website where you can also make submissions.
Co-chair of the group Professor Marcia Langton has called on members of the community to review and submit their ideas and concerns through the agency.
Submissions are expected to close at the end of March, ahead of the final report due in June.
Professor Langton spoke to NIRS Journalist Adam Evans about the proposals and some concerns people may have.
