Embattled ARU Chairman Cameron Clyne has expressed his frustration  following the dismissal of the Western Forces High court challenge yesterday.

The club has received last minute financial and legal support from controversial mining billionaire Andrew Forrest who has accused the ARU of refusing his offer of support, which was  dependent on the Force remaining in Super Rugby.

Clyne (pictured) says while Forrests’ support would have been welcome if it had been offered in time, the decision to axe the Force has now progressed too far for the decision to be changed.
