AFL executive and Torres Strait Islander woman Tanya Hosch says she would not be surprised if more AFL players come forward to share their experiences following the release of a scathing report into the Collingwood Football Club.
The club and it’s president Eddie McGuire have come under fire this week after a leaked review found Collingwood had a culture of systemic racism.
McGuire has refused to stand down from the position as president and told media on Monday that it was a “proud day” for the club.
Tanya Hosch is the AFL’s Manager of Inclusion and Social Policy and told the ABC “proud” was not the word she would use.
