The Human Rights Commission has today released its report into Indigenous social justice and native title with the primary focus on disability and children in out of home care.

The annual report by the Indigenous Social Justice Commissioner details observations made of the human rights of Indigenous people in order to provide recommendations for action.

Commissioner and Gangulu man Mick Gooda says our mob with a disability have been overlooked for far too long.

He also says the over-representation of children in care is resulting in the younger generations losing their innocence far too early.
