NRL – Dally M centre of the year James Roberts (pictured) has copped a broadside from former Titans teammate Greg Bird after Roberts quit the Titans this week.
It’s believed Roberts is on the verge of a move up the highway to the Brisbane Broncos who are looking for a replacement for the retired Justin Hodges.
Bird says he’s surprised that Roberts didn’t show more loyalty to the Titans who helped him get his career back on track after being sacked by Souths.
