This morning a Federal Court ruled that 4WD tracks on the Tasmania’s west coast should remain off limits to public vehicles.
The Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre launched an injunction in the Federal Court to stop the State following through with their election promise of reopening the tracks.
Head of the TAC, Heather Sculthorpe is calling on the Tasmanian government and public to respect the court’s decision.
