One of the AFL’s greatest players of all time has been tasked with designing the artwork for the footy’s for this weekends Sir Doug Nicholls Indigenous Round.

Kokatha Brownlow medallist, dual premiership star and 300 gamer Gavin Wanganeen’s artwork will adorn the Sherins used in all 18 matches across the country.

43 year old Wanganeen (pictured) says his design will represent all 18 AFL clubs and the opportunities available for young First Nations footballers in Australias indigenous game.
