34 year old Kokatha man Shaun Burgoyne (pictured) says he’s enjoying his 17th pre season in the AFL.

Burgoyne, who played his 300th AFL game in the 2016 season and has now racked up 319 games to go with his four premierships will be a vital part of the Hawks rebuilt lineup going into the 2017 season.

The amount of work needed to be competitive  at the highest level is enormous but Burgoyne says he can still find a way of enjoying the work needed to be one of the AFL’s elite.
