The Melbourne footy club will turn out in its indigenous Guernsey this week when the club takes on Port Adelaide at the MCG.

It will be the first time the Demons have worn the jumper at the home of footy, in the week that the club launched its Reconciliation Action Plan.

The Guernsey was designed by Wurundjeri artist Mandy Nicholson and 27 year old Noongar defender Neville Jetta (pictured) says it will be a special moment in an important week for the club.
