The West Coast Eagles have added Balgo born Francis Watson to their squad after selecting the 21 year old as a category B rookie.
Francis was outstanding for Claremont in the WAFL and the rangy defender will offer plenty in defence.
Its been a remarkable journey so far for Francis, who didn’t play in an actual team until moving to the city as a teenager.
