Gulin Gulin (Bulman) Community is situated at the bottom of Kakadu National Park and is part of the Arnhem Land Top End Broadcasting Network.
Located just 300klms south east of Katherine, a long drive along the Stuart Highway, then left by the Central Arnhem Highways about 200 klms, the traveller will witness a topography of generally undulating and surrounding picturesque hills. The nearby Weemol Community is situated a short some 5 klm stroll from Gulin Gulin.
The Gulin Gulin RIBS service produced local programs in the local languages of Rembarrnga and Dalabon.
Roper Gulf Regional Council holds the license for the Bulman RIBS, whose operated in engaged under the Remote Jobs and Communities Program (RJCP).
Other programs include located in Bulman included a Health Clinic, School, Store, Airstrip and Police Station. There are currently two public telephones in Bulman and a digital television connected to all homes and local radio provided through Roper Gulf Regional CouncilÌ¢âÂã¢s Remote Indigenous Broadcast Services (RIBS).

The Walamun Cultural Festival is an annual event in Bulman. The festival is largely run by community volunteers and gives the community members an opportunity to share their arts, crafts, talents and Culture.
