The new healthy welfare card is being rolled out this week in the South Australian town of Ceduna with a starting date of March 29.
NITV’s Danny Teece-Johnson visited Ceduna and talked to Mayor Allan Suter.
Reactions to the new welfare card throughout the town are mixed, with some critics calling it a ‘breach of human rights.’
